Lachlan started his career with Market Check as an internship for his University degree. This was in lead up to one of Australia’s lowest grain production seasons which helped Lachie establish an appreciation of the difficulties involved with marketing options for growers in difficult years. Since then he has completed a Bachelor of Food and Agribusiness at the University of Sydney and was awarded the James Murphy Scholarship in 2019. Lachlan was brought up on a mixed farm outside of Yenda, NSW, and has a passion for both stock and the grains industry. As a Commodity Advisory, he provides tailored marking advice and strategy for all cereal, oilseed and pulse commodities.
“I look forward to building upon the relationships that I have formed with growers at Market Check and leveraging my skills to increase returns for the grain they produce.”
