Ed joined the Market Check team in the grower services division preceding harvest in 2014.
Ed’s passion for Agriculture started at a young age, being from a mixed enterprise family operation on the fertile Liverpool Plains in North West NSW. Ed is interested in commodity trading and bridging the information gap between markets and producers to provide the most effective advice to growers.
Ed began studying Agricultural Economics at the Sydney University studying but transferred to Marcus Oldham Agricultural College to complete a Bachelor Degree of Agribusiness. Ed has a strong network throughout the Australian domestic marketplace which he leverages to execute grain sales through the Agency exchange for growers.
